2020 SVCC ALUMNI AWARDS

 The Foundation is seeking nominations for the 2020 Alumni Awards. Many exceptional people come through SVCC’s doors and we recognize these stars among our alumni each year. 

The Distinguished Alumni Award

The Distinguished Alumni Award honor is bestowed by the College in recognition of a particular achievement of noteworthy value, a series of such achievements or a career of noteworthy accomplishments that bring honor to the College.

 The Alumni Achievement Award

The Alumni Achievement Award honor is bestowed by the College in recognition of alumni 35 years and younger whose achievements, public service and/or volunteer activities bring honor to the College.

 A Sauk alum is anyone who has completed a degree, certificate or a minimum of 24 semester hours. Those chosen for these awards have done exceptional work and shown exemplary dedication to their communities. Past recipients include such notable alumni as

Frank Selmi ’73, agriculture and Kim Gaffey ’76, nursing.

 While the foundation accepts nominations year round, the deadline for 2020 nominees is Monday, January 13. The awards will be presented to the recipients in May.
